These terms apply when you access or use MyImageKit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
MyImageKit provides credit-based AI image generation and editing tools. Outputs are probabilistic: processing time, visual quality, and prompt adherence can vary, and a specific result is not guaranteed.
2. Accounts and credits
You must register and sign in before uploading or generating. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Credits are consumed when a generation request is submitted; pack limits, expiration, and refund eligibility are shown at purchase.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in eligible source material and are responsible for having permission to upload it. You grant MyImageKit a limited license to host, transmit, and process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not create or upload illegal content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; deceptive impersonation intended to defraud or harm; targeted harassment; hateful or violent abuse; malware; or content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
5. Images of people
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before editing another person’s likeness. Gender presentation, age transformation, body editing, retouching, and similar tools must not be used to demean, exploit, misrepresent, or harass a person.
6. Generated content
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs you lawfully create. You are responsible for reviewing results before publication and for disclosing AI alteration when required by law, platform rules, or context.
7. Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Taxes, payment processing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.
8. Enforcement and availability
We may reject requests, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain service reliability. Features, providers, credit costs, and availability may change.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MyImageKit is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the applicable period, except where law does not allow that limitation.

We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Use the contact address in the site footer for questions.
