MyImageKit is built for private AI image generation and editing. This policy explains what we process when you use the service and the choices available to you.

1. What we collect

We process account details, service usage, prompts, uploaded images, generated images, and transaction records needed to run the service. Payment card details are handled by payment providers, not stored directly by MyImageKit.

2. How images are used

Your uploads and prompts are used to provide the edit or generation you request, operate abuse-prevention systems, troubleshoot failures, and support your account. Images may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure providers solely to complete your request under their applicable processing terms.

3. Storage and deletion

Creations are private to your account by default. You can remove individual creations from your profile. Operational logs, billing records, backups, or data required for security and legal compliance may remain for a limited period after deletion.

4. Service providers

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, object storage, AI inference, payments, analytics, and support. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and may process data in other countries.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data in transit and restrict access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not upload images you are not comfortable processing online.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. You may also manage cookies through your browser.

7. Face and sensitive content

Only upload a person’s image when you have the right and appropriate consent to do so. Do not use MyImageKit for deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation of minors, or unlawful biometric profiling.

8. Children

MyImageKit is not intended for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age.
